ALL sales are FINAL once payment is received, no returns will be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant; size, color etc.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at MaisonMalami@gmail.com if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If needed, we will correct any mistakes made on our behalf. There are no refunds unless you have received a defective product. If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for the cost of the product. Shipping is not refunded. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will email you, to complete the exchange process.
