Shipping policy

Maison Malami is not responsible for any lost,unclaimed or damaged packages and recommend contacting the carrier for more information. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

ORDERS WITH FREE SHIPPING/STANDARD SHIPPING:

ALL ITEMS ARE PRE-MADE:
Orders ship within 3-6 business days. You can check your tracking number for updates.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

ORDERS WITH EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 2-4 business days. If you select express shipping and we are not able to meet the time shown due to a delay, we will automatically refund the cost of shipping.

Delivery Estimates

After processing, items typically arrive within the following timeframe:

  • Standard/Free Shipping: 3-9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual shipping times may vary. We do our best to ensure that your products reach you in the quoted time, but external factors can cause delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. All tracking information can be found in the tracking section on our website. Just enter your details to see the status of your shipment.

Damages :

Maison Malami is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All shipment pricing is based on weight.

International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes.

Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages.

We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. MAISON MALAMI LLC and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.
If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (MAISON MALAMI) you must cover re-shipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
